Cindy Ravey

Cindy Ravey is HR and Operations Officer at the Swiss Data Science Center (SDSC), where she has been working since 2018. She initially joined the SDSC as Executive Assistant to the Director before moving into her current role, with responsibilities spanning HR and operations.

She supports recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, liaises with EPFL HR, and oversees various operational and facilities-related activities across the SDSC’s locations.

Before joining the SDSC, Cindy worked at EPFL as an assistant to a Professor’s laboratory in polymer chemistry. Prior to EPFL, she gained more than 15 years of experience in demanding international environments, including Private Banking and Industry, where she held Executive Assistant and HR & Communications coordination roles.
