Call for Collaborative Data Science Research Projects

This call is dedicated to attracting collaborative data science projects which will last up to two years and benefit from the in-kind involvement of an SDSC data scientist contributing advanced competences in statistical data science, machine learning, AI, computer vision, or NLP, towards the development of specific models, algorithms and analyses tailored to the problems considered and requiring research-informed methodology. This call is open to applicants affiliated either with Swiss institutions of higher education and research or with federal or cantonal administrations.
We are committed to support projects related to health and biomedical sciences, climate and environment, energy and sustainability, digital society, and data science for large scale infrastructures, and will continue to support projects from other domains as well.
We particularly welcome project submissions supporting the data science efforts of a community of researchers and stakeholders or contributing to the development of data science platforms.
